The Malta
International Air Show has once again arrived, and is due to be held from
the 26th to the 28th of September. Amongst the many types of different
aircraft attending from all around the world, between twenty and thirty
microlights from Italy will be with us as well.
On the evening of Friday the 26th, club members are invited to attend a
forum with the Italian microlight pilots at the Vivaldi Hotel in St. Julian�s. This
is the atmosphere we strive to create, where fellow pilots and students
can get together and exchange information in an informal way. A barbeque
will be held later on in the evening.
The weekend after the air show (the first weekend of October), our club
has been invited to attend a microlight fly-in at Sigonella air base in
Sicily. The number of reservations is rather limited, so we have had to
resort to a first-come first-serve basis. Details are still somewhat
sketchy at the moment, but contact Alex or Mark for more details and book
your place with them.
